On February 6, 2003, the Company announced that the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, at a hearing on February 3, 2003, preliminarily approved the Disclosure Statement for the Company’s plan of reorganization that would provide for the liquidation of the Company and distribution of substantially all of the Company’s cash and assets.
