- [F1]Harvey Sawikin ("Mr. Sawikin") controls Firebird Management LLC ("Management") and Firebird Avrora Advisors LLC ("Avrora"), and together with James Passin ("Mr. Passin"), controls FGS Advisors LLC ("FGS"). Management, FGS and Avrora act as investment advisers to, respectively, Firebird Republics Fund, Ltd., Firebird Global Master Fund, Ltd., and Firebird Avrora Fund, Ltd. (each a "Fund") that own the shares reported herein. As investment advisers to the Funds, each of Management, FGS and Avrora has voting and investment control with respect to the shares held by the Fund that it advises. The Reporting Persons may be deemed to have an indirect interest in certain of the shares owned by the Funds through their indirect holdings in the Funds, if any. The Reporting Persons disclaim beneficial ownership of all shares except to the extent of any pecuniary interest therein and this filing should not be deemed an admission of beneficial ownership for Section 16 purposes or any other purposes.
- [F2]Ian Hague ("Mr. Hague") is a principal of each of Management, FGS and Avrora, and is also a director of the Issuer.
