The Select Offshore Fund directly owns 1,905,878 Shares and warrants exercisable for an additional 526,569 Shares. The Spectrum Onshore Fund directly owns 1,460 Shares and warrants exercisable for an additional 730 Shares. The Spectrum Offshore Fund directly owns 51,080 Shares and warrants exercisable for an additional 25,540 Shares.
