On March 31, 2003, RHL Management, Inc. sold the majority of its position, 4,920,000 shares, to O'Dwyer Management, Inc., leaving RHL Management with 400,000 shares. RHL Management ceased to be an affiliate on June 30, 2003. On August 29, 2003, the O'Dwyer transaction was rescinded, and RHL Management sold the 4,920,000 shares to Lawrence Lee. On November 29, 2003, RHL Management, Inc. will cease to be an affiliate of Applied DNA Sciences, Inc.
