Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On October 5, 2009, Aspyra, Inc. (the “Company”) implemented a new strategic direction in relation to its sales and marketing efforts and as a result, Robert Pruter’s position as Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing was eliminated effective immediately. Rodney Schutt, Chief Executive Officer, will oversee all executive managerial roles as they pertain to sales and marketing for the Company.
