On December 28, 2009, Anahita Villafane resigned from her position as Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Aspyra, Inc. (the “Company”) effective January 8, 2010 to pursue another opportunity. Ms. Villafane’s decision to resign did not arise or result from any disagreement with the Company on any matters relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
