Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On September 22, 2015, Scott Weiselberg resigned as a director of Thinspace Technology, Inc. (the “Company”). Mr. Weiselberg’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
