- [F1]The two reported transactions involved an amendment of an outstanding option, resulting in the deemed cancellation of the "old" option and the grant of a replacement option. The option was originally granted on May 11, 2006 and provided for vesting of twenty-five percent of the option on the date of grant, and the remainder were scheduled to vest in equal monthly installments over the two-year period from the date of the grant, provided that Mr. Miller remained on the Board of Directors. The replacement option provides for the vesting of the unvested balance immediately.
