- [F1]Disgorgement of Section 16(b) Short-Swing Profit. Within six months of the sale of Common Stock disclosed in this report, the Reporting Person purchased a total of 59.2335 shares of Common Stock. The Reporting Person made these purchases as voluntary additional contributions to the Isser's Automatic Dividend Reinvestment Plan in the mistaken belief that they were exempt under Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act. The Reporting Person cooperated fully with the Issuer's investigations concerning the Reporting Persons's transactions in the Issuer's securities. At the conclusion of these investigations, the Reporting Person disgorged and paid to the Issuer the entire profit realized by the Reporting Person from any non-exempt purchase and sale, or sale and purchase, of the Issuer's securities within any six month period. This payment was accepted by the Issuer in settlement of the Reporting Person's Section 16(b) short-swing profit liability.
