On June 5, 2019, the 2019 Plan was approved by the stockholders. One-third of the restricted stock will vest upon the Company's common stock achieving a 30-calendar day weighted-volume average stock price of $11.75 per share on or before December 31, 2020 (the "Initial Vesting").
