Item 8.01 Other Events.

On April 27, 2016, the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Best Way Auto and Truck Rental, Inc., has received an additional $5 million credit line from Fleet Way Leasing Company in Feasterville, PA for use in purchasing an additional 180 vehicles for their new locations, which are scheduled to open in May.
