Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On February 10, 2026, Willis Lease Finance Corporation (NASDAQ: WLFC) (“WLFC”) issued a press release announcing that it plans to conduct a conference call on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time, to discuss its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year of 2025. WLFC will report its financial results in a press release prior to the conference call.

A copy of the press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
