Item 4.01 Change in Registrant’s Certifying Accountant

On February 9, 2016, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Apptigo International, Inc. (the “Company”) dismissed RBSM LLP (“RBSM”) as its independent registered public accounting firm.

During the fiscal year ended December 31, 2014, RBSM’s report on the Company’s financial statements did not contain an adverse opinion or disclaimer of opinion, and was not qualified or modified as to uncertainty, audit scope or accounting principles.

During the fiscal year ended December 31, 2014 and the subsequent interim period through February 9, 2016, there were: (i) no disagreements between the Company and RBSM on any matter of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure or auditing scope or procedure which, if not resolved to the satisfaction of RBSM, would have caused RBSM to make reference to the subject matter of the disagreement in connection with its report on the Company’s financial statements; and (ii) there were no reportable events as described in paragraph (a)(1)(v) of Item 304 of Regulation S-K.

On April 5, 2016, pursuant to paragraph (a)(3) of Item 304 of Regulation S-K, the Company provided RBSM with a copy of the disclosures it is making in response to Item 4.01 on this Current Report on Form 8-K, and has requested that RBSM furnish it with a letter addressed to the Securities and Exchange Commission stating whether it agrees with the above statements. A copy of the letter, dated April 5, 2016 is filed as Exhibit 16.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
