Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On June 14, 2016, Anderson Triggs formally resigned as a director. Mr. Triggs stated that a recent surge in the time requirements of his business and personal matters prohibited him from having the time necessary to perform his duties as a director; there were no disagreements. The vacancy created remains unfilled.
