Item 8.01 Other Events.

On ~~27-Jun-05 a~~ ~~scheduled~~June ~~distribution~~30, ~~was~~2005, ~~made~~the ~~from~~Servicer, ~~the~~Ocwen ~~Trust~~Federal Bank FSB ("OFSB") transferred to ~~holders~~Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC ("Ocwen") the servicing of the ~~Certificates~~mortgage loans in its servicing portfolio. This ~~The~~service ~~Trustee has~~transfer ~~caused~~was the result of OFSB's voluntary dissolution, sale of its branch facility and deposits in Fort Lee, New Jersey to beanother ~~filed~~bank, ~~with~~and cessation of operations as a federal savings bank. Upon OFSB's dissolution and sale of the ~~Commission~~branch facility and deposits, ~~the~~all ~~Monthly~~of ~~Report~~OFSB's ~~dated 27-Jun-05.~~remaining ~~The~~assets ~~Monthly~~and ~~Report~~liabilities, isincluding ~~filed~~its ~~pursuant~~mortgage loan servicing business, were transferred to and inassumed ~~accordance~~by ~~with~~Ocwen. Ocwen's ~~(1)~~management, ~~numerous~~servicing ~~no-action~~portfolio ~~letters~~and ~~(2) current~~platform ~~Commission~~has ~~policy~~not inbeen changed as a result of the ~~area~~foregoing transactions.
