On October 22, 2025 Lithia Motors, Inc. issued a press release announcing financial results for the third quarter of 2025. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1

On October 22, 2025, Lithia Motors, Inc. announced a $0.55 per share cash dividend, to be paid on November 21, 2025 to shareholders of record as of November 7, 2025.
