On October 30, 2025, Freddie Mac (formally known as the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation) announced its results of operations for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. A copy of the related press release for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 is being filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference. In addition, a copy of the Third Quarter 2025 Financial Results Supplement is being furnished as Exhibit 99.2 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
