- [F1]In January 2002, certain stockholders of the Company, including Mr. Bulger, granted an option to an unaffiliated third party to purchase up to 300,000 shares of common stock at $3.50 per share. The option holder had previously exercised his option to purchase 186,378 shares and on December 23, 2004 exercised his option to purchase the remaining 113,622 shares, which included 20,639 shares beneficially owned by Mr. Bulger. The transaction was completed on December 31, 2004.
