On August 7, 2025, Sempra issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three months and six months ended June 30, 2025. A copy of Sempra’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. Sempra’s Statements of Operations Data by Segment for the three months and six months ended June 30, 2025 and 2024 is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2.
