Item 2.02 Result of Operation and Financial Condition

On October 23, 2025, Shore Bancshares, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its results of operations and financial condition for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2025. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and hereby incorporated by reference.
