Item 8.01 — Other Events.

On February 6, 2013 at 5 P.M., the Real Data, Inc. Board of Directors unanimously approved a reverse merger and stock split with Advanced Computing Solutions, Inc, private Texas corporation that holds all intellectual property, as part of Board approved reverse merger. The effective date of the approval is February 6, 2013.
