On October 26, 2009, Viasystems, Inc. issued a press release announcing its financial results for the third quarter of fiscal 2009. In addition, on October 27, 2009, Viasystems, Inc. issued a press release announcing a tender offer for its 10.5% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2011.
