On May 1, 2025, Columbia Sportswear Company (the "Company") issued a press release reporting its first quarter 2025 financial results, withdrawing its full year 2025 financial outlook, and announcing a quarterly dividend. A copy of the Company's press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference. In its May 1, 2025 press release, the Company announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.30 per share of common stock to be paid on June 5, 2025 to its shareholders of record on May 22, 2025.
