On June 5, 2025, Columbia Sportswear Company (the "Company") held its 2025 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the "Annual Meeting"). The total number of shares of the Company’s common stock voted virtually or by proxy at the Annual Meeting was 53,779,943, representing approximately 97.5% of the 55,168,747 shares outstanding and entitled to vote at the Annual Meeting.
