On July 31, 2025, Columbia Sportswear Company (the "Company") issued a press release reporting its second quarter and first half 2025 financial results, providing full year and third quarter 2025 financial outlooks, and announcing a quarterly dividend. A copy of the Company's press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
