Record Date As to any Distribution Date (i) with respect to the Non-Delay Certificates, the last Business Day preceding such Distribution Date (or the Closing Date, in the case of the first Distribution Date) unless such Certificates shall no longer be Book-Entry Certificates, in which case the Record Date shall be the last Business Day of the month preceding the month of such Distribution Date and (ii) in the case of the Delay Certificates (including the Non-Delay Certificates that are subsequently reissued as Definitive Certificates), the last Business Day of the month preceding the month of each Distribution Date. LIBOR Determination Date With respect to any Interest Accrual Period for any Class of LIBOR Certificates, the second Business Day prior to the first day of such Interest Accrual Period. Remittance Date With respect to each Servicer, not later than 1:00 p.m., New York time, on 18th day of each calendar month after the initial issuance of the Certificates or, if such 18th day is not a Business Day, either the immediately preceding or immediately following Business Day, as set forth in the related Acknowledgement, commencing in May 2006.
