As of December 17, 2007, Residential Funding Company, LLC entered into an Interim Subservicing Agreement ("Interim Subservicing Agreement") with Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC relating to the servicing of mortgage loans with respect to the Carrington Mortgage Loan Trust Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-RFC1.
