Item 5.07

Submission of Matters to a Vote of Shareholders

On June 2, 2011, at 2:00 am PDT, we held a special meeting of stockholders at the offices of our company’s counsel. At the meeting, our stockholders approved the following amendments to our Articles of Incorporation:

	1.	to increase the authorized number of shares of our common stock from 4,500,000 shares to 1,000,000,000 shares, par value of $0.001 per share (votes for: 63.37%, against: 13.61%, abstained: 0.2%); and

	2.	for the alteration of our authorized share capital to authorize the issuance of up to 200,000,000 shares of preferred stock, par value of $0.001 per share, for which our board of directors may fix and determine the designations, rights, preferences or other variations of each class or series within each class of the preferred shares (votes for: 87.76%, against: 12.17%, abstained: 0.07%)
