Effective November 7, 2012, Mr. Stephane Bertrand resigned as a member of the Board of Directors of Salamon Group Inc. (the “Company”). There were no disagreements or misunderstandings between Mr. Bertrand and the Company regarding any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices.
