Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On March 8, 2018, U.S. Geothermal Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial and operating results for the year ended December 31, 2017, and highlighted notable achievements for the year 2017. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
