Each of Tricor Pacific Capital Partners (Fund IV), LP and Tricor Pacific Capital Partners (Fund IV) US, LP (together, the "Tricor Funds") is managed by Parallel49 Equity, ULC (formerly Tricor Pacific Capital Partners (Fund IV), ULC), as the general partner.
