Non-Employee Director Compensation Plan under the Albany International Corp. 2023 Long Term Incentive Plan. Each DSU entitles the holder to receive one share of Class A Common Stock at the time of vesting. The reporting person will receive cash dividends on these DSUs, paid by the Issuer in such amount and at such time as periodically declared by its Board of Directors.
