Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On October 24, 2025, Ivy V. Estabrooke resigned from her position as a Director of Energy Fuels Inc. (the "Company"), effective as of October 29, 2025. Ms. Estabrooke's resignation is not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matters related to the Company's operations, policies or practices.
