Item 8.01			Other Events.

On October 1, 2025, LKQ Corporation (the “Company”) announced it has completed its previously announced agreement to sell its Self Service segment (“Pick Your Part”) to an affiliate of Pacific Avenue Capital Partners, LLC for an enterprise value of $410 million, subject to customary purchase price adjustments.

On October 1, 2025, the Company issued a press release announcing the completion of the sale. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
