Compensation Arrangements. On April 17, 2017, Wytec International, Inc., a Nevada corporation ("Wytec") and a subsidiary of Competitive Companies, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the "Company"), authorized the payment of a cash bonus to William H. Gray, its Chief Executive Officer, of $ 12,796.42.
