- [F1]Benchmark Performance Group, Inc. ("Benchmark") entered into a stock acquisition agreement with Integrated Environmental Technologies, Ltd. (the "Issuer") pursuant to which Benchmark acquired pecuniary interest over 35,000,000 shares (the "shares") of common stock of the Issuer at a price of $0.10 per share on June 20, 2007 as amended August 26, 2008 (the "Acquisition Agreement"). The pyshical securities were delivered on six dates against installment payments by Benchmark. The installments occurred as follows: (i) 5,000,000 shares in June 2007; (ii) 5,000,000 shares in October 2007, (iii) 5,000,000 shares in May 2008, (iv) 5,000,000 shares in August 2008; (v) 5,000,000 shares in April 2009; and (vi) 10,000,000 shares in October 2009.
- [F2]Mr. Kinsey, the reporting person, is an 81.4% shareholder of Benchmark. Mr. Kinsey disclaims beneficial ownership held by Benchmark, except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.
