Item 8.01 Other Events

On July 2, 2007, Hamptons Luxury Homes, Inc. (“Hamptons”) issued a news release reporting that Northway Island Associates, Inc., a company with which Hamptons entered into a consulting agreement two years ago, is prepared to commence development of the North Country Entertainment Complex located in upstate New York. A copy of the news release is attached to this Current Report as Exhibit 99.2
