Mr. Weihua Zhao (Mr. Zhao) resigned as the sole executive director and Mr. Yanbin Wang ("Mr. Wang") was appointed as the new sole executive director on February 10, 2010. Mr. Zhao transferred 100% of equity interest in Dream High to a new sole shareholder, who may not dispose of any shares of Dream High without Mr. Wang's consent within next five years.
