On May 15, 2025, Lifeloc Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its operating results for the period ended March 31, 2025. This press release was made available on the Company’s website as of May 15, 2025. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
