On November 12, 2025, Lifeloc Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its operating results for the period ended September 30, 2025. This press release was made available on the Company’s website as of November 12, 2025. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
