Mr. Huttner also holds an additional 2,500,000 shares of Common Stock, which are owned indirectly by two other partnerships. The two partnerships are the Huttner 1999 Partnership, Ltd. and the Sanders Huttner Partnership. Mr. Huttner owns a 50% interest in both partnerships. Mr. Huttner's wife owns a 50% interest in the Huttner 1999 Partnership, Ltd.
