Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.

We are filing this report on 8-K voluntarily, because we do not have a class of equity securities registered under Section 12 of the Exchange Act and are, accordingly, not required to file this report. We amended our Articles of Incorporation to increase the number of shares of common stock we are authorized to issue to 7,500,000,000 shares from 2,500,000,000 shares. The amendment was received and filed by the Florida Secretary of State on April 17, 2013, effective that date. On April 23, 2013, we received confirmation of the filing date.
