~~Departure~~Lotus Bio-Technology Development Corp. has engaged accountants, auditors and lawyers and is working to complete the periodic reports for the quarterly periods ending June 30, 2018, September 30, 2018, December 31, 2018 and June 30, 2019, and for the year ended March 31 2018. The company anticipates completion and filing of ~~Sole~~these ~~Officer~~reports &in ~~Director~~the -next ~~William~~30 Kodays.

The Company accepted the resignation of William Ko on December 18, 2018, effective immediately resigning his position on the Board of Directors of Lotus Bio-Technology Development Corp. and his positions as the sole officer, including Principal executive officer and principal financial officer.2

~~Mr.~~SIGNATURES Ko’s resignation was not related to any matter relating to the Registrant’s operations, policies or practices. The Company has identified a replacement for Mr. Ko and appreciates the time he served on the Board and as our President.
