On October 8, 2025, Resources Connection, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the first quarter of fiscal 2026, which ended on August 30, 2025. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
