The number reported on such Form 4 was incorrectly stated as 137,500, and the correct number is 275,000. This Amendment also corrects the number of shares owned by the reporting person directly following such acquisition from 215,248 to 352,748 in Column 5 of Table I. This adjustment should have also been reflected on the Form 4s filed by the reporting person since the December 21, 2012 filing.
