The number reported on such Form 4 was incorrectly stated as 150,000, and the correct number is 300,000. This Amendment also corrects the number of shares owned by the reporting person directly following such acquisition from 260,833 to 410,833 in Column 5 of Table I. This adjustment should have also been reflected on the Form 4s filed by the reporting person since the December 21, 2012 filing.
