Mr. Rasmussen's revocable living trust is the General Partner and his dispositive power over all shares owned by the partnership. Mr. Rasmussen claims an indirect beneficial ownership interest in 85,725 of the shares held by the partnership, which is derived from his 20% ownership interest in the partnership. The balance of the partnership equity is owned by his former spouse and their minor children.
