Pursuant to the terms of the participant's Restricted Stock Unit Award Agreement, those units were converted to shares of our Common Stock and on March 23, 2010, the number of shares necessary to pay the required taxes was withheld and sold.
- [F2]On February 23, 2010 the Organization and Compensation Committee approved a payout of performance units granted on March 20, 2007 under the Company's Performance Share Sub-Plan (PSSP). The number of units payable pursuant to the 2007 grant was determined in accordance with the PSSP on February 23, 2010. Pursuant to the terms of the PSSP, those units were converted to shares of our Common Stock and on March 24, 2010, the number of shares necessary to pay the required taxes was withheld and sold.
