The number of units payable pursuant to the 2009 grant was determined in accordance with the PSSP on February 22, 2012. Pursuant to the terms of the PSSP, those units were converted to shares of our Common Stock and on February 28, 2012, the number of shares necessary to pay the required taxes was withheld and sold.
