Everest Group, Ltd. (the "Company") has announced that Ricardo Anzaldua, Executive Vice President and General Counsel, plans to retire from the Company. A press release announcing Mr. Anzaldua's plan to retire from the Company is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
